$10 drop in, everyone is welcome!

IRON HEART KETTLEBELL BOOTCAMP ON THE BEACH @ Kin Beach
$15 drop in, everyone is welcome, space is limited or BYOB! (Bring Your Own Bell), some kettlebell experience is recommended but not required
