Hi guys! Just a reminder that there is NO Strong Fit Fast at 9 and NO Kettlebell on the Beach at 10:30 this Saturday June 13th as we are doing the Foam Fest Run at Silver Star! We’ll be back at ‘er next weekend though, business as usual, Strong Fit Fast at 9 at Iron Heart Gym and Kettlebell on the Beach at Kin Beach at 10:30 😉 Can’t wait to see everybody then and do what we looooove to do!!! Lift some weights and swing some ‘bells!!! Until then! 🙂
