Hi guys!  Just a reminder that there is * NO * bootcamp this Saturday or Monday over the long weekend but we’ll be back at ‘er:

Tuesday at 12:10 & 6 pm @ Iron Heart Gym

Thursday 12:10 @ Iron Heart Gym & 5:30 pm @ Kin Beach Park

Saturday 10:15 @ Iron Heart Gym
