Whether your glute goals are athletic or aesthetic, this 4 week Small Group Training program will give you the results you’ve been wanting!!  I’ve developed hundreds of glute-specific training programs for athletes, runners and those who just want to rock their bikini bottoms and shortie shorts with confidence.  Through working with these clients using the latest science-backed training protocols and seeing what truly WORKS, I’ve developed a program that delivers serious results! No silly 30 day squat challenge will do the trick,  you need MORE and I’ve got it ready for ya! 😀

Our Bootcamp is a perfect mix of strength training, kettlebell training & conditioning (via battle ropes, trx, wall balls, sled pushing, bodyweight, etc etc etc, we are doing it all and loving every minute of it, right??!! 😀 )!!  Challenging and intense but safe and adaptable for all levels, from super fit athletes to first time in a long time-er’s, no previous kettlebell experience is necessary and new folks are welcome to join in anytime 🙂

Oh nooo!! Saturday morning Kettlebell on the Beach Crew – there is the Kids of Steel Triathalon tomorrow morning right in our little spot of sandy kettlebell heaven! I just looked at the event map and it’s totally off limits, no access, no parking, that stretch of the beach is part of the race. So we will be INSIDE at the gym instead at 10:15….le sighhhhhh….:/  I’m so sorry! But! You’re still guaranteed to get a wicked kettlebell workout in fosho, it’ll just be minus sand, sun & waves but the great company, loud awesome tunes, massive calorie burn and muscle building WILL BE there!!! 😉
