Hey everybody!

WOWEE is this Spring whipping along, the air is getting warmer, the ground is getting dry, the kettlebell-er’s are getting restless, lol!  You betcha, it’s almost that time again,

OUTDOOR IRON HEART BOOTCAMP time!!

Starting towards the end of April, I’ll be adding one evening outdoor session to the schedule, exact times/dates TBA soon 🙂  If you are interested in joining us, wouldn’t hurt to let me know asap, as I *may* have to make this one a pre-registered participants only to keep the size of the group compact 🙂  I will also be looking at adding in an a.m. session as well if it’s necessary!

TUESDAY & THURSDAY 6PM for Serious Strength Indoor Bootcamp

Great for all levels and abilities, based out of Fitness Maxx, you don’t have to be a member to join in, it’s open to everyone.  Strength & conditioning, kettlebells, trx, ropes, oly lifts, we do it all, this is an awesome all-round session that is certain to push your limits and get you seriously strong and fit!  Punch passes available or drop in.

SATURDAY 10:30AM for Vernon Kettlebell Club

An *all kettlebell* class!!!  This has been so much fun putting together!  Safe for all levels and abilities, join in anytime as we’re still working on the basics and learning new skills every week.  Curious just WHY the kettlebell is so popular these days?  Come see for yourself!  How else can you get your cardio, strength training, flexibility, mobility, balance & endurance all in one short amount of time?  You got it, kettlebell training!   Punch passes available or drop in.  You can use the same punch pass for both Serious Strength AND Vernon Kettlebell Club.

MONDAY/WEDNESDAY/FRIDAY 12:10 for Strong Fit Fast

Get strong, fit AND fast, in a hurry!  This 45 min class is a mix of conditioning, strength training, core work & mobility stretches – it doesn’t have to take long if you’re doing it right, lol!!  This is an on-schedule Fitness Maxx group fitness class, free for members, non-members are always welcome as well, get yourself a Fitness Maxx punch pass or pay the drop in.

SATURDAY 9AM for Power Up

This basic barbell class will take your Power class experience to a new level.  It’s weightlifting with a  lot of sweat 😉 A LOT.  Come see for yourself!  In one hour, get your strength training AND cardio done for the day!
