Hi guys!  Happy alllllmost Spring to you 🙂   Ha, classic Okanagan-er, once January is over, I’m calling it Spring 🙂   I hope that your New Year has gotten off to an awesome start!!  Very thankful for all the new faces joining our Iron Heart crew these days and even more thankful for the familiar faces that return week in week out for such a long time now 🙂  Thank you to everybody, your support and energy and enthusiasm for what we are doing is contagious and fills me up, you have no idea how happy it makes me xoxoxo  Thank YOU!!!  

Here is the current schedule of where to find some Iron Heart action and when:

MONDAY – Strong Fit Fast 12:10 @ Fitness Maxx Gym

TUESDAY – Iron Heart Kettlebell Bootcamp 12:10 and 6 pm @ Fitness Maxx Gym

WEDNESDAY – Strong Fit Fast 12:10 @ Fitness Maxx Gym

THURSDAY –  Iron Heart Kettlebell Bootcamp 12:10 and 6 pm @ Fitness Maxx Gym

FRIDAY – Strength Circuit 9 am @ Soul Studio & then Strong Fit Fast 12:10 @ Fitness Maxx Gym

SATURDAY –  Iron Heart Kettlebell Bootcamp 10:15 @ Fitness Maxx Gym

Monday/Wed/Friday Strong Fit Fast is FREE for Fitness Maxx members, drop in rate is $11 or get yourself a punch pass for $80+tax/10x punch pass.   www.fitnessmaxxgym.com

Tues/Thurs/Sat Kettlebell Bootcamp is an additional fee for Fitness Maxx members, everyone is welcome though,  at the same rate of $7.50 for the first timer’s, $15 drop in or $120/10x punch pass Great for all levels, from total newbies to advanced, no Kettlebell experience necessary!

All my bootcamps are on-going, meaning  you can join in any time!  Suitable for ALL levels of fitness, no previous kettlebell experience is necessary.  Weights, kettlebells, ropes, sandbags, trx, you name it, we do it.  Every day is a different challenge and format so you’ll never get bored and never plateau!  Nutritional Support to compliment your training is also available 🙂

Drop in:  $7.50 first time, $15/session

Punch pass:  $120/10 sessions

The punch passes are good for ALL the bootcamps throughout the week, indoors, at the park and on the beach 🙂

*our indoor home this winter is at the awesome Fitness Maxx Gym (in the North end of Vernon, near Walmart).  No gym membership is required.  Childcare may be available, please check with me or the gym for details.

*So sad, but the cooler weather and darkness has ended our OUTDOOR BOOTCAMP season but we’ll be BACK as soon as we can be in the spring!

Want to get super strong, lean & athletic in the most efficient and effective way possible?  Barbells, kettlebells, dumbells, battle ropes, sled work, trx training, core work, metabolic conditioning, strength training, mobility drills…come get it all in 60 minutes with an inspiring group of folks who like to do it right!  Learn kettlebell & weightlifting skills, sweat a lot, laugh a lot, it’s a great time!!   No experience necessary, everyone is welcome, all fitness and skill levels.  Drop in and join ANY time, these bootcamps are ongoing, all year long 🙂

Sand + Sun + Kettlebells = one AWESOME workout!!!   An *ALL* Kettlebell session!  Toes in the sand, only a step from the water, it’s absolutely gorgeous and the very best place in town to get your Kettlebell fix!  Get really strong, really focused, really flexible, improve your balance and core strength, burn fat, build muscle & gain cardio endurance and stamina for days through Kettlebell Training!!!  No experience is necessary, everyone is welcome, all fitness and skill levels.   You can join in at ANY time!  *Please do let me know you are coming to this session as I have a limited number of Kettlebells, so call/text me to confirm your spot

Hey everybody!

WOWEE is this Spring whipping along, the air is getting warmer, the ground is getting dry, the kettlebell-er’s are getting restless, lol!  You betcha, it’s almost that time again,

OUTDOOR IRON HEART BOOTCAMP time!!

Starting towards the end of April, I’ll be adding one evening outdoor session to the schedule, exact times/dates TBA soon 🙂  If you are interested in joining us, wouldn’t hurt to let me know asap, as I *may* have to make this one a pre-registered participants only to keep the size of the group compact 🙂  I will also be looking at adding in an a.m. session as well if it’s necessary!

Great for all levels and abilities, based out of Fitness Maxx, you don’t have to be a member to join in, it’s open to everyone.  Strength & conditioning, kettlebells, trx, ropes, oly lifts, we do it all, this is an awesome all-round session that is certain to push your limits and get you seriously strong and fit!  Punch passes available or drop in.

SATURDAY 10:30AM for Vernon Kettlebell Club

An *all kettlebell* class!!!  This has been so much fun putting together!  Safe for all levels and abilities, join in anytime as we’re still working on the basics and learning new skills every week.  Curious just WHY the kettlebell is so popular these days?  Come see for yourself!  How else can you get your cardio, strength training, flexibility, mobility, balance & endurance all in one short amount of time?  You got it, kettlebell training!   Punch passes available or drop in.  You can use the same punch pass for both Serious Strength AND Vernon Kettlebell Club.

MONDAY/WEDNESDAY/FRIDAY 12:10 for Strong Fit Fast

Get strong, fit AND fast, in a hurry!  This 45 min class is a mix of conditioning, strength training, core work & mobility stretches – it doesn’t have to take long if you’re doing it right, lol!!  This is an on-schedule Fitness Maxx group fitness class, free for members, non-members are always welcome as well, get yourself a Fitness Maxx punch pass or pay the drop in.

SATURDAY 9AM for Power Up

This basic barbell class will take your Power class experience to a new level.  It’s weightlifting with a  lot of sweat 😉 A LOT.  Come see for yourself!  In one hour, get your strength training AND cardio done for the day!
