Iron Heart Gym STARTED as Iron Heart Personal Training & Bootcamps!  We were the first in Vernon to offer Kettlebell Training and Outdoor Kettlebell Bootcamp on the Beach and we still have lots of Indoor and Outdoor (coming soon!) Bootcamp options for you!

We’ve moved our Bootcamps to indoors only at the moment so you never have to slog through yucky weather – we have a 2000 square foot Bootcamp space (part of our  awesome 11, 000 facility!!), a bazillion kettlebells and weights and trx and sled track and soooo much more functional fitness tools to use.  Full changerooms, washrooms, showers, childminding & a smoothie bar for after, we’ve got everything you need here.

My Bootcamp focus is strength building, fat loss conditioning, mobility/flexibility and core strength done in the safest, most effective way possible.  No willy nilly stuff, just hard good effective workouts that leave you stronger, leaner, stretchier and super fit 😀 

Kettlebells, weights, bodyweight, trx suspension training, battle ropes, sled pushes, HIIT intervals, circuits, sandbags, we do it Allllllll in our beautiful facility here at Iron Heart Gym!!!!!

Central location, Free Parking, Childminding, Showers, Smoothies, fantastic workouts and awesome people ~ come join us and become part of a community of folks who are seeing  serious results, feeling healthy and strong inside and out, getting crazy fit and happy!!!!  😀

Here’s the schedule for IRON HEART INDOOR & OUTDOOR KETTLEBELL BOOTCAMP & KETTLEBELL CLUB ON THE BEACH:

MONDAY:  6 PM KIN BEACH PARK ::: OUTDOOR BOOTCAMP

TUESDAY:  6 PM FITNESS MAXX ::: INDOOR BOOTCAMP

WEDNESDAY:  9 AM LAKEVIEW PARK (PEANUT POOL PARK IN EAST HILL) ::: OUTDOOR BOOTCAMP

THURSDAY:  6 PM FITNESS MAXX ::: INDOOR BOOTCAMP

SATURDAY:  9 AM KIN BEACH (mid way point, ON THE BEACH, on Lakeshore Road) ::: KETTLEBELL CLUB (Saturday August 2nd we are meeting at 9 am instead of the regular 10:30 🙂

 

Iron Heart Indoor & Outdoor Bootcamp:

Want to get super strong, lean & athletic in the most efficient and effective way possible?  Barbells, kettlebells, dumbells, battle ropes, sled work, trx training, core work, metabolic conditioning, strength training, mobility drills…come get it all in 60 minutes with an inspiring group of folks who like to do it right!  Learn kettlebell & weightlifting skills, sweat a lot, laugh a lot, it’s a great time!!  No experience necessary, everyone is welcome, all fitness and skill levels.  Safe, smart & progressive programming by Certified AGATSU Kettlebell Instructor, BCWA Club Coach and BCRPA Personal Trainer Genny Chippendale.  

Vernon Kettlebell Club on the Beach:

Sand + Sun + Kettlebells = one AWESOME workout!!!   Get really strong, really focused, really flexible, improve your balance and core strength, burn fat, build muscle & gain cardio endurance and stamina for days through Kettlebell Training!!!  In this class, every week we will feature a new Kettlebell skill to work on, we’ll learn variations, adaptations and progressions.  You will deepen your kettlebell love, know-how and skills every week with a group of like-minded folks who love it as much as you do 🙂  No experience is necessary, everyone is welcome, all fitness and skill levels.  If it is your first time though, please do contact me prior to class 🙂

Hey everybody!

WOWEE is this Spring whipping along, the air is getting warmer, the ground is getting dry, the kettlebell-er’s are getting restless, lol!  You betcha, it’s almost that time again,

OUTDOOR IRON HEART BOOTCAMP time!!

Starting towards the end of April, I’ll be adding one evening outdoor session to the schedule, exact times/dates TBA soon 🙂  If you are interested in joining us, wouldn’t hurt to let me know asap, as I *may* have to make this one a pre-registered participants only to keep the size of the group compact 🙂  I will also be looking at adding in an a.m. session as well if it’s necessary!

Great for all levels and abilities, based out of Fitness Maxx, you don’t have to be a member to join in, it’s open to everyone.  Strength & conditioning, kettlebells, trx, ropes, oly lifts, we do it all, this is an awesome all-round session that is certain to push your limits and get you seriously strong and fit!  Punch passes available or drop in.

SATURDAY 10:30AM for Vernon Kettlebell Club

An *all kettlebell* class!!!  This has been so much fun putting together!  Safe for all levels and abilities, join in anytime as we’re still working on the basics and learning new skills every week.  Curious just WHY the kettlebell is so popular these days?  Come see for yourself!  How else can you get your cardio, strength training, flexibility, mobility, balance & endurance all in one short amount of time?  You got it, kettlebell training!   Punch passes available or drop in.  You can use the same punch pass for both Serious Strength AND Vernon Kettlebell Club.

MONDAY/WEDNESDAY/FRIDAY 12:10 for Strong Fit Fast

Get strong, fit AND fast, in a hurry!  This 45 min class is a mix of conditioning, strength training, core work & mobility stretches – it doesn’t have to take long if you’re doing it right, lol!!  This is an on-schedule Fitness Maxx group fitness class, free for members, non-members are always welcome as well, get yourself a Fitness Maxx punch pass or pay the drop in.

SATURDAY 9AM for Power Up

This basic barbell class will take your Power class experience to a new level.  It’s weightlifting with a  lot of sweat 😉 A LOT.  Come see for yourself!  In one hour, get your strength training AND cardio done for the day!
