Just a reminder that there is no noon hour Strong Fit Fast class on Friday April 18th
& no Kettlebell Club or Power Up classes on Saturday April 19th this Easter Long Weekend.
But!!!  Next week I’ll make up for it with our first OUTDOOR Kettlebell Club of the season!
Saturday April 26th @ 11:00 a.m. at Kin Beach (exact spot TBA)
Bring a friend, partner, husband, family member, etc and show them what you’ve been up to, the workout will be beginner-friendly AND I’m happy to do a

Wahooooeey! Our fav time of the year is almost upon us!

Join Iron Heart Personal Training and get fit this spring and summer in the great outdoors! Vernon is SO CRAZY beautiful that it’s a shame to not be out there enjoying the parks, lakes and beaches during this time of the year, so we are going to do just that!

Starting the last week of April, we’re taking our awesome indoor bootcamp, Serious Strength and the amazing Vernon Kettlebell Club Kettlebell Training class OUTSIDE!

First outdoor Kettlebell Club session is:
SATURDAY APRIL 26TH, 11:00 AM

First outdoor Serious Strength Bootcamp is:
MONDAY APRIL 28TH, 6 PM

Location: TBA (probably at Kin Beach or Lakeshore Road Beach! we love being near the water!)
Price: $15 drop in/$120 10x pass or faceboook pm or text 250-308-6007 about about first timer, couples and refer a friend specials! 🙂
BYOB! No, not bring your own beer, lol, bring your own ‘bell, kettlebell! If you’ve got one, bring one!

Indoor Serious Strength Bootcamp on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 6 pm will continue on  as usual at Fitness Maxx, so we get the best of both worlds, indoor and outdoor!  🙂  Passes are good for ALL Iron Heart Bootcamps/Kettlebell Club sessions.  Please purchase your passes from me, message me 250-308-6007 to make arrangements.   I accept cash, cheque, paypal or emt.

Hey everybody!

WOWEE is this Spring whipping along, the air is getting warmer, the ground is getting dry, the kettlebell-er’s are getting restless, lol!  You betcha, it’s almost that time again,

OUTDOOR IRON HEART BOOTCAMP time!!

Starting towards the end of April, I’ll be adding one evening outdoor session to the schedule, exact times/dates TBA soon 🙂  If you are interested in joining us, wouldn’t hurt to let me know asap, as I *may* have to make this one a pre-registered participants only to keep the size of the group compact 🙂  I will also be looking at adding in an a.m. session as well if it’s necessary!

Great for all levels and abilities, based out of Fitness Maxx, you don’t have to be a member to join in, it’s open to everyone.  Strength & conditioning, kettlebells, trx, ropes, oly lifts, we do it all, this is an awesome all-round session that is certain to push your limits and get you seriously strong and fit!  Punch passes available or drop in.

SATURDAY 10:30AM for Vernon Kettlebell Club

An *all kettlebell* class!!!  This has been so much fun putting together!  Safe for all levels and abilities, join in anytime as we’re still working on the basics and learning new skills every week.  Curious just WHY the kettlebell is so popular these days?  Come see for yourself!  How else can you get your cardio, strength training, flexibility, mobility, balance & endurance all in one short amount of time?  You got it, kettlebell training!   Punch passes available or drop in.  You can use the same punch pass for both Serious Strength AND Vernon Kettlebell Club.

MONDAY/WEDNESDAY/FRIDAY 12:10 for Strong Fit Fast

Get strong, fit AND fast, in a hurry!  This 45 min class is a mix of conditioning, strength training, core work & mobility stretches – it doesn’t have to take long if you’re doing it right, lol!!  This is an on-schedule Fitness Maxx group fitness class, free for members, non-members are always welcome as well, get yourself a Fitness Maxx punch pass or pay the drop in.

SATURDAY 9AM for Power Up

This basic barbell class will take your Power class experience to a new level.  It’s weightlifting with a  lot of sweat 😉 A LOT.  Come see for yourself!  In one hour, get your strength training AND cardio done for the day!
