Hi guys!  Happy alllllmost Spring to you 🙂   Ha, classic Okanagan-er, once January is over, I’m calling it Spring 🙂   I hope that your New Year has gotten off to an awesome start!!  Very thankful for all the new faces joining our Iron Heart crew these days and even more thankful for the familiar faces that return week in week out for such a long time now 🙂  Thank you to everybody, your support and energy and enthusiasm for what we are doing is contagious and fills me up, you have no idea how happy it makes me xoxoxo  Thank YOU!!!

Happy New Year!  What?  Oh yeah, I know it’s only September but for me, this is the “real” start of the New Year!  I love this time of year.  Life resumes it’s more routine pace, nights are cooler, days are bright and beautiful, the leaves are gorgeous, the boots and sweaters return and thankfully, finally, less summer shenanigans and more time to focus on family, home and hopefully, YOU 🙂

So there is no better time to start setting up your Fall/Winter fitness plan ~ and if you have been wanting to add some Kettlebell training into your life but want to learn how to do it right and learn from an experienced and certified trainer, here is a fantastic way to get started!

This program is intended for those who are either brand new to Kettlebell training or who have some experience and want MORE.  You want to know it ALL, and in this 6 week program, that is what you will get!  We start from the basics and work our way though all the essential Kettlebell moves, the swing, press variations, cleaning, windmills, Turkish get ups, snatching and MORE!

At this workshop, we will learn to properly swing, as well as learn and perfect some basic accessory exercises that will support and improve your swing, like squatting, hip hinging, etc as well as go through some great drills to work on our joint mobility and flexibility.

Whether you are an experienced Kettlebell-er who wants to perfect your swing or have never even touched a Kettlebell before, you will  gain something from this 1.5 hour workshop!
