Our Bootcamp is a perfect mix of strength training, kettlebell training & conditioning (via battle ropes, trx, wall balls, sled pushing, bodyweight, etc etc etc, we are doing it all and loving every minute of it, right??!! 😀 )!!  Challenging and intense but safe and adaptable for all levels, from super fit athletes to first time in a long time-er’s, no previous kettlebell experience is necessary and new folks are welcome to join in anytime 🙂

So, we park along Lakeshore Road, about “mid-way” and then cross straight over the road to the beach!  Bring yourself a mat or beach towel, water & flip flops ’cause they’ll be coming off!

Happy New Year!  What?  Oh yeah, I know it’s only September but for me, this is the “real” start of the New Year!  I love this time of year.  Life resumes it’s more routine pace, nights are cooler, days are bright and beautiful, the leaves are gorgeous, the boots and sweaters return and thankfully, finally, less summer shenanigans and more time to focus on family, home and hopefully, YOU 🙂
