Our Bootcamp is a perfect mix of strength training, kettlebell training & conditioning (via battle ropes, trx, wall balls, sled pushing, bodyweight, etc etc etc, we are doing it all and loving every minute of it, right??!! 😀 )!!  Challenging and intense but safe and adaptable for all levels, from super fit athletes to first time in a long time-er’s, no previous kettlebell experience is necessary and new folks are welcome to join in anytime 🙂

First time: $7.50
Drop in:  $15
Punch Pass:  $120/10x

*no pre-registration is required at this time, but please shoot me a quick text the day before or even earlier in the day of bootcamp to let me know if you are coming so I can program the workout to work best for the group:  250-308-6007

Hey guys!  Okay, kick off  your shoes and let your toes free in the sand!!!  THIS Saturday morning, we’re taking our Kettlebells to the beach!!!  Saturday May 23rd – 10:30 – (yes, this time will move up to earlier possibly even by next week, so stay very tuned in for any changes, I’ll post ’em here and on facebook!)

So, we park along Lakeshore Road, about “mid-way” and then cross straight over the road to the beach!  Bring yourself a mat or beach towel, water & flip flops ’cause they’ll be coming off!

All kettlebell & bodyweight workout, great for all levels, even total beginners!  Very challenging and effective but super safe, you’ll LOVE it!!!  $7.50 first time, $15 drop in or $120/10x punch pass 🙂  No pre-registration is required, but do please give me a heads up if you are coming if you can so I can plan the workout perfectly for the group!  Thanks guys!!!  250-308-6007 ~ Genny

Here’s the schedule we’ll be running with for the first 4 weeks or so (then adding to it):

MONDAY 5:30 PM @ KIN BEACH PARK

TUESDAY 12:10 & 6 PM @ IRON HEART GYM

THURSDAY 12:10 @ IRON HEART GYM & 5:30 PM @ KIN BEACH PARK

SATURDAY 10:15 @ IRON HEART GYM (and as soon as I can swing it, har har, pun TOTALLY intended, we’ll be moving this one to Kin BEACH on the sand!!!)

Join us!  Newcomer’s always welcome, first time costs $7.50, then $15 drop in or get a punch pass for $120/10 sessions.

Happy New Year!  What?  Oh yeah, I know it’s only September but for me, this is the “real” start of the New Year!  I love this time of year.  Life resumes it’s more routine pace, nights are cooler, days are bright and beautiful, the leaves are gorgeous, the boots and sweaters return and thankfully, finally, less summer shenanigans and more time to focus on family, home and hopefully, YOU 🙂

So there is no better time to start setting up your Fall/Winter fitness plan ~ and if you have been wanting to add some Kettlebell training into your life but want to learn how to do it right and learn from an experienced and certified trainer, here is a fantastic way to get started!
